We kindly ask that payment for treatment is made directly following your consultation or upon collection of your pet.
We can accept payment with cash, debit or credit card. We do understand that large bills can be a worry for clients and we will always be happy to give you an estimate for any procedures or treatments before they are carried out.
The many advances in veterinary medicine allow us access to the most up to date treatments, but these can be costly. As a practice, we recommend pet insurance to give you peace of mind should your pet require extensive treatment or surgery.
Though we cannot recommend individual insurance companies; please feel free to call us for advice on some of the various policy types available.
"The most diligent, caring and sensitive vet that I have had the great pleasure to come across…which is why I called you in our hour of need and you were again there for us.
Thank you Alan."
